Re-Manufacturing Process:  
 

All ACDelco Remanufactured Engines are dismantled and remanufactured using state of the art technology.

  

New premium quality engine components are used to replace all worn, damaged parts, as well as an extensive list of mandatory replaced parts.

Engines are rebuilt to exacting standards.

The latest technological updates are built into our remanufactured engines meaning your engine may even perform better than when originally supplied.
Every engine is tested to ensure it meets ACDelco's strict specifications.


Highlighting our commitment to the latest technology is the improvements we have made to our mainstream engine, the Holden 3.8litre V6. Over and above the mandatory replacement parts this engine is now fitted with genuine GM components in the critical areas of valves lifters, seals and gaskets, as well as the cylinders heads being fitted with specially made valve guide inserts - All of this has been engineered to address key areas of concern with the 3800 engine.
